Vanessa herself was fine, but my daughter was disappointed because she told her she could do something when she couldn’t, then proceeded to do a white base and put chrome that was nothing like what she asked for on top, and when asked to change is the women next to her had a very snarky attitude towards my daughter. They eventually after a few false tries said that they couldn’t do it. My daughter was polite and said it was ok and then asked for a new color since they couldn’t do the one they said they could do. She was met with a very uncomfortable response and decided to leave with nails she was unhappy with.
Had builder gel and reshaped nails and Kelly did amazing job will definitely go back.
