Bellagio is by FAR the best of the best. I love to see tee & she’s amazing that being said if she’s booked & busy (go girl!) you can literally go to anyone there & they’re all amazing. I’m not sure if the guy is the owner or the manager but he is so pleasant and makes sure everything is all good at every appointment. This place blows every other salon out of the park!!
